  • Full workspace builds start at $10,000. Pricing depends on the complexity of your systems and team structure. You’ll receive a custom proposal after our initial call that includes a fixed quote and estimated delivery timeline.

  • Notion is our core platform. That said, building efficient operations requires an integrated tech stack. We regularly implement external tools like Slack, Relay, Loom, and others as part of a holistic build — ensuring your system is both centralised and connected.

  • Every build begins with a deep understanding of your business. Through discovery calls, audits, and process mapping, we identify what’s working, what’s not, and where the friction lies. From there, we design a system tailored to your goals, workflows, and team structure — with your input at every stage. You’ll have opportunities to review, test, and approve each phase, ensuring the final solution fits how your team works best — now and as you grow.

  • Not at all. But it’s important that the tool works for you. If you’re new to Notion, we recommend starting with our free starter kit before committing to a full build. Familiarity helps ensure your system is successfully adopted and sustained by your team.

  • Yes. You’ll have access to book a call at any point, based on availability. While most communication happens async for efficiency, live calls are always an option if something needs to be discussed in more detail.

  • Yes. We offer 30 days of structured post-implementation support with every build. This includes minor refinements, team Q&A, and usage guidance. Ongoing support packages are also available depending on your evolving needs.

  • We treat your information with care. Your project portal is private, and client data is handled securely throughout. We’re happy to sign an NDA — most of our clients request this.

  • You do. Everything we create for you — including databases, systems, documentation, and SOPs — is yours to keep, adapt, and scale.

  • Not at this time. We focus on building custom workspaces tailored to how your team operates. While you own the assets, resale isn’t permitted.
