Flodesk is an email marketing platform known for its beautiful, user-friendly design tools. I find it more user-friendly than alternative platforms, and I LOVE their all-inclusive pricing that encourages email growth.

Google Workspace
Google Workspace is a cloud-based productivity suite that includes Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and more. I use Google Workspace for email, including my domain email, and for collaborating on projects in Google Drive.

Cal.com
Cal.com is an open-source scheduling tool that simplifies booking meetings and appointments. All my calls are booked and managed via Cal.com. I love its seamless integration with automation tools like Relay.

Tally is an intuitive form builder supporting payments, conditional logic, and various integrations. I use this tool for sending proposals to clients, surveys, gathering testimonials from clients and as an AI assistant.

Stripe
Stripe is a payment processing platform that supports online and in-person payments. I appreciate its integration with other tools I use and the ability to set up automations to create and send invoices directly from Notion (using Make).

Miro is an online collaborative whiteboard platform designed for team brainstorming, planning, and collaboration. I use it primarily for business process mapping internally and with clients to improve their operational efficiency.

Senja is a tool for collecting and showcasing customer testimonials. It helps gather feedback and display testimonials on your website. This has been a game-changer for me. You can see this in action on my website.

Zoom is a video conferencing tool that makes it easy to hold remote meetings and collaborate on projects. Despite trying alternatives, I always return to Zoom for its popularity and reliability. I use it alongside Fathom AI Notetaker.

Descript is an audio and video editing tool that simplifies the editing process with its text-based interface. I use it to record all videos, whether sharing feedback with clients or creating content for my YouTube channel.

Canva is a user-friendly graphic design tool that allows anyone to create stunning visuals for social media, marketing, and more. I use it for all of my design needs at this point. It’s quick, easy and accessible for creation and collaboration.

Fathom is an AI-powered note taker that automatically captures and transcribes meeting notes. I appreciate how it records my calls, shares the transcript, and extracts questions and action steps. I use it with Zoom.

Relay is an AI automation tool designed to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Its ‘Human in the Loop’ feature gives me confidence in implementing AI. I use it wherever possible to automate work internally and with clients.

Make is an advanced automation platform that visually creates and automates workflows across multiple apps. I use it for advanced automations and for tools that don’t integrate elsewhere, like syncing Squarespace sales to Notion.
